Accommodation comprises: Sitting room/kitchen, double bedroom with en-suite shower room and small hall. There is a private garden area with table and chairs to enjoy the views. The apartment is self-contained and attached to the owner’s house. You will have access to fibre broadband throughout.

Sitting room – Sunny aspect morning/afternoon. Views over garden pond to beach, sea and mountains. Comfortable sofa and chair, Oakland dining table with chairs, smart TV, USB wall socket chargers and access to free superfast Wi-Fi.
Kitchen area – Well equipped quality kitchen units, small fridge/freezer, halogen hob, extractor hood, oven, washing machine, microwave. Under-unit lighting. Clothes airing rack. Drying facilities available in main house if required. Water is clean to drink and you will not need to bring bottled water.
Bedroom – Sunny aspect in late afternoon/evening. Comfortable double bed (standard 6.5ft/1.98m by 4.5ft/1.36m) (electric blanket available) and quality duvet, bedside cabinets, and chest of drawers. Built in cupboard containing ironing facilities, small Dyson hoover. Triple glazed window with blind.
Ensuite Shower Room – Fresh modern fittings with comfort (high) WC, wash hand basin and powerful electric shower. Wall mounted electric towel rail and pedal bin. Triple glazed window. Basic toiletries included.

Garden – There is a guest area with picnic table and benches to enjoy the views. Parasol and further loungers are available weather permitting. Washing line available in main garden. There is also private access to the right of way leading to the beach and Sands Campsite (15 min walk). The campsite has a well stocked shop and is licensed. There is also good quality restaurant and takeaway open April through to October.
Access – “Little Haven” is on the ground floor and there are only three easy steps (see photos below). The apartment is attached to the owner’s house and has it’s own private entrance.
